Small problems with the car/dealer

Hey, im new here but i've been on tons of forums before, so im not an uber noob to all this.

Ok, so this is about my moms car. Shes got a 99 Grand Prix GTP. The car only has about 22k miles on it (she doesnt drive far). My car got a flat so I got to drive hers around today and i noticed a few things about it and talked to her. I found out that shes been to the dealer 3 times for these problems and they keep saying there's nothing wrong or its fixed. I was hoping to get some help from you guys here, i hope i came to the right place.

First, I was wondering if it was normal for her supercharger (it sounds like it is at least) to be making a much louder whining noise that what i remember it was. This happens especially around a cold start. They dealer keeps saying there is nothing wrong, but it does seem louder then when she bought it.

Second, The steering is definatly harder to turn to the right then it is to the left. It almost seems like the power steering doesnt work right when turning to the right. We've been to the dealer for this before and they still said nothing is wrong. The only problem is, EVERYONE else who drives the car notices it right off, so that got me wondering as well.

3rd, even though it is a small thing, the car had the white "Pontiac" written on the front windshield and its already started to split on almost every letter. Is this a common problem? Just wondering.

Well your second problem is your rack and pin. Its dieing and when it goes its really suxs balls cuz you cant really turn right at all. You should get that fixed soon. Its expensive though, somewhere around 500 I think, mine was done by recall for 97-98.

As for the lettering, that stuff starts to peel after awhile i think. Most things only last 4 years anyways, so I have been told.

I wouldnt worry to much about the whine noise, i think overtime it get louder but now that I think about it its only got 22 k on it, I myself wouldnt worry to much about it. If something really is wrong with it you will notice when it goes.

Check your SC oil too, it may be low. It wouldnt be a bad idea to change it either. My cousin's Regal GS whines loudly when cold, It isnt much to worry about, just check your oil level!

I drove the car some more this morning and after a while it didnt seem to be like the supercharger to me anymore, but more the steering. It really starts to whine harder when you turn the wheel and accelerate a little. Im just going to have her take it to the dealer again and make sure they either do somthing about it, or go to a different dealer. I dont know how much longer she has on the warrenty so i want her to get it done soon and not have to pay some crazy price for it all.
