Smile 2015 3.6 liter V6 burning oil

My Colorado has started using about a quart of oil every 5,000 miles. This has started happening in the last 12,000 to 15,000 miles. The truck has 86,000 miles on it. I park it in the garage each night, and there's no oil on the floor, so I doubt it's a leak.

The truck runs great. I'm super particular about maintenance. In fact, it still looks brand new.

Any ideas what would cause this? What should I look for? I was really hoping to put about 200,000 miles on this truck before I buy my retirement Sierra Denali. 😀

Has the PCV system been serviced recently?
