Tein S tech springs?

i have a chance to purchase a set of Tein S tech springs for my car at, what according to the retail value is, a good price. Any opinion of these springs? i won't have the money to do a full coil over set up this summer so i'm trying my best to minimize costs. i know this is not anything that will turn my car into the autocroser i want it to be but its a small start.
