push start on 94 Chevy

first off forgive me if this is on the site already ... here goes anyway.

i have a 94 Chevy S10, i would really like to modify it a bit. i am wondering about putting a push button start on it, the one thing i am not sure about though. i don't know how to unlock the steering without the key. has anyone done this or have a how to on it?

The lock pin and/or plate can be removed from below the AIR clockspring mechanism. Many later vehicles have no steering wheel lock as a theft deterrent, so it is probably not a problem removing it.
