1993 Lexus GS300 Window Problems

Not sure what the problem can be, but here's what I'm experiencing.

1. My driver side panel rolls down the driver window, passenger, and runs the motor for the back driver side window (window is off track).

2. The panel doesn't roll down the back passenger side, and doesn't roll up the front passenger side window. You have to roll up the window from the passenger side panel, and sometimes it takes 2-6 tries just to roll it up.

Do you think it's the motor, or a spark plug, or what? I'm not sure what it could be.... I would like to have my windows roll down though

Check the wiring between the doors and the body in the flex tube. Many times these wires break due to opening and closing the doors over the life of the vehicle. Fix the breaks if you find any.
