Ren and Stimpy's Adult Party Cartoon
Anybody catch this last night?
I was a fan of the old Ren and Stimpy, back in their Nicktoon days, and let me tell you, last night's show disturbed me. Seems the show's creator has decided to make ol' Ren and Stimpy gay. Thoughts?

I was flipping through channels and saw this so I stopped to watch it. I loved it when I was little. BUT I had to turn it off because it was so gross. All I remember seeing was ren and stimpy eating green snot.

When I was watching it they were in bed together.....(inside someones mouth using the guys tongue as a blanket.)
And Stimpy wanted a kiss goodnight.....already "gay", and Ren made a comment about "not giving a rat's ass...." and so he told Stimpy to close his eyes and made him actually kiss a rats ass. His lips were chocolate brown and everything. That's about the time I started watching something else. And btw Stan Lee's Stripper Ella.......doesnt look so bad. Just caught the end though. And it's nice to see that Pamella is working again. Using one of her few talents....her mouth.

I was a fan of the original back when noone really knew what it was. The first 6 or so episodes were the best ever.
So I thought since John K was back at the helm, I'd give it a whirl on Spike TV, er excuse me, TheNewTNN (Thanks Spike Lee, your engorged ego is showing). I was disappointed in the quality of the show, the voices seemed to be less than accurate from the original, esp Stimpy (Im sure it was the lack of billy west on this)... but it just seemed to be less of the comic formula that made the original so good... and more 'gross out' than anything. If this is supposed to be representative of what "guys" like, then maybe I am not a guy. Because I didn't think it was funny.

Prolly a good idea to avoid it.. stick with Simpsons or family Guy, much funnier.
