Whats the cheapest modification i can do that gains the most horse power i have a 95 honda civic ex im kinda tight on money at the moment but i wanna make a little faster

Get an AEM cold air intake for $150-$160 off www.aem.com, you'll feel a nice little boost, and it will sound cool through vtec.

True, but he said he's tight on money. I doubt he can afford a $500 kit, ~$40 fill every once in a while, $100 warmer, and the $200-$? on mods to make it run safely.
