The police take themselves far too seriously. Now if you just LOOK at them funny it would be some kind of assault. I'm glad more and more citizens action groups are taking police departments to task. The police are showing a much lower profile here in Denver of late , because they've been caught overstepping their authority one too many times.

The highway code indicates that cars don't stop on the spot and that the driver has to react then brake and thus stopping distances are large. If she was trying to murder him he'd be dead simple as that.

I see two stupid things in there. The dumb bitch should have listened to the officer to begin with she should be charged at maximum with assault. The second stupid thing is to go for attempted murder. Thats a stupid ass prosecuter. To many idiots in one place.
