Question headlight strobe installation on 4th Gen?

i want to drill into my bumper lights on my 4th gen accord.. i dont know how to get teh switch in the car, the firewall seems to be like hidden by a cover or somthing and i dont think they gave me enuf wire to do anything with in this cheap little kit.. id appreciate any help otherwise ima just return the shit thankz.

ok. go under the dash, on the driers side and find a spot where a bunch of wires are going through the fire wall....get a long screw driver and push through and see if it comes out the other side in the fire wall. if not then u may have to drill a hole and fish it down. hit me up later if u need some help, i need to talk to your ass about my bulbs haha lates
