real cam gains?

anyone have before and after dyno's with cams? i was looking around and i dont know whether to get crower or skunk2. do stage2 cams from different companies have different lifts? i can get crower for a couple hundred less, but im not sure if thats a good thing. i saw a site, i think it was importtuner, and they had a dyno of a prelude. between stock and a crower $1200 package, they gained 8whp. they mentioned they didnt have a vtec controller, but would that have made that big of a difference?

because of the price, im either going to get crower stage2 w/spring/retainer kit or skunk2 stage1's. but im still unsure about this whole thing. what setup will produce the best gains?

that would be nice, but its a bit much right now. i think im just gonna pay a little more and get the skunk stage2's. it wont get me as much power as the head package, but it still leave me enough to get everything else i wanted too.

what kind of motor do you have? go to www.camp1320.com and check out the ef-1 stuff...great stuff for the money.

YOu will need a fuel controller for the new cams...with some tuning, you will see some pretty good gains depending on the type you buy
