Question help delsol nonv-tec with gsr vtec

sup guys

i need help with my delosl nonvtec i have a gsr 1994 motor but no wire harness can the wire harness work from the delsol nonvtec or will i need the wire harness of the gsr

no, your gonna need the harness from the gsr motor.

What year is your Delsol? If it is a 93-95 you can use it's engine harness and just run the wires for vtec, knock, and IAB's straight to the ECU. If your Delsol is 96+ then you are going to have fun converting either the motor to OBD II, or the car to OBD I.

the harness that hasport has is for dx to vtec, they don't have the whole harness and its a bitch to find the whole gsr harness uncut. so if thats all you need then they got it. but my advice say 75 $ and do it urself.

you have to call them and they will make it cause you cant buy it off the web cause they have to make it

i called them and asked and they told me that they only sold the dx to vtec harness not the whole harness, i asked them when i bought my linkage from them, which was a great fit, hasport is the shit. well maybe the guy that i talked to was just being an asshole or something??

no i am useing the delsol s wire harness but he has a conector that will hook up the gsr ecu i hope he was telling me the right stuff

save money and run the wires urself, and you just have to pin them to the ecu. check the hybrid garage, they have a picture of the ecu and they tell you exactly where to pin everything, i can't remember the url right now, but if you don't wanna play w/ the ecu then ya i suggest getting the harness.

you need to tape into certain wires on the engine harness and run them to the ecu and then pin them to the ecu. not exactly sure how the hasport harness works i'm guess it just eliminates the pinning of the ecu, anyway i recomend that you look at the hybrid garage webpage
like i said i can't remember the url or i would post it for you, maybe someone else can remember it.
