someone help! 90' crx si with gsr engine!

whats up i am in need of some help.
i have a 90' crx si with a 93 integra gsr motor in it.
motor pulls and all but "sputters" or "boggs" when i try to punch it.

i cant fiqure out the problem...the check light engine is throwing out code 9 and code 43..anyone know what those mean?

any help or advice will be appriciated.

im not sure but i think it is fuel related.
