There's a lot of good laws out there that are getting broken.There's also a few lesser ones that are being broken too.Are they that short on murderers,rapists,drug dealers and violent criminals in Tennessee that they have the time and the neccesity to enforce a law that will see a severely disabled child lose a much treasured pet?
