Any type of Diet Pill?... If so did it work? and what was it?....

I never have, but some of my friends have. None worked, and many left them with jitters from the caffeine that they use to try and up your metabolism.

I used Stacker 2, actually I have a whole case of it still, I only used it for about 2 weeks. It just boosted my metabolism a bit, it's good and all. I really wouldn't recommend any diet pills, but if you want to get one, get one that's ephedra free.

I lost about 30 pounds by cutting soda pop out of my diet completely. I drink a ton of water at work, and I come home and drink KoolAid or Iced Tea. I have a few beers or mixed drinks on the weekend, and sometimes I'll have a pepsi or Mt Dew. But only one.

I've used xendrine (w/ the ephedra) a year ago and lost weight but you have to be sure to eat right and exercise accordingly....shyt works...
