what size tire?

I have a 2000 Z71 and would like to put BF Goodrich A/T 315/75-16 mounted on stock rims on it, but I don't want to put a lift of any kind on the vehicle. Can this be done with out any major altercations, if not what is the largest size tire I can install this way? I saw a Z71 with this size tire on stock rims and it didn't appear to have any modifications on it but I'm not sure. Thank you.

The largest diameter tire that we've test fitted on your truck is a 305/35-24 which is a 32.4 inch tire. Depending on the wheel width and offset and tire, this size may rub when turning lock to lock.

The size you want to run is 34" so you'll probably run in to a similar problem unless you lift.

The largest 16 that we have tested fitted is a 265/75-16.

I'd recommend checking for this site and/or other truck specific sites to see that what other Z71 oweners have run into when running 315/75-16's.
