New Interior Pics Feedback Welcome

Alright guys, i cant figure out how to post more than one pic on this thread here, but thats okay, heres one pic of what my interior now looks like. I did it with a rattle can, but now the vents that I did, I sprayed them a smoke color for an accent. My next step is to dye the carpeting on my doors a gray color. Its going to look tight, and its coming along.

not too bad. im not a big fan of dashes that can blind me when the sun hits em.

to upload more than one pic into a post, first go to www.automotiveforums.com/upload and upload the pics. Then use each of the links and put {img}{/img} ( change the {} to [] ) around them and there you go, all pics in one thread.

nice job, looks nice & clean, I don't like white though cuz red clay would stain it very easily. There's nothing but red clay around here. but, looks good though

it looks okay, but wait a couple months until it gets all stained up or the paint starts cracking off

god damm, thats exactly the kinda way i want to paint my crx int. cept i'm recasting some part of in in fiberglass so i can put in a nice cup holder that looks like its supposed to be there, not hanging off a vent. me and another guy i know with a crx are gunna buy a dash from slavage and use that as a mold to do some recasting for ourselves, its gunna be hard and were going to screw up probably a 100 times, but it will be worth it for the custom look.
how did you go about painting your int?

I took some paint thinner and gave the whole vinal interior a bath, and when it dried, I wiped the whiteish residue off with a clean rag. Then I took a rattle can to it, with papers around the things I didnt want to get all paint-ified. Thats really it, it was suprisingly easy. The paint thinner really cut down on how much actual paint was needed (i.e how many coats). After it dried, I put two or three coats of a clear coat on it to keep it looking good and to hopefully prevent the paint from cracking, I hear it helps a lot, but then I've never done it so I guess I'll find out. White does stain mad crazy though, I've had to touch it all up several times already, it sucks. But if you really want white, go for it. I really wouldn't change a thing, the white looks so sick!!! The white vents are now a charcoally smokeish color, i did those a few hours ago. So yeah, ill get new pics up soon....
