Help me guess 1/4 mile time for my friends car

1999 acura integra gs-r
AEM Cold air intake
Custom 2.25" exhaust with skunk2 muffler
JDM Type R 4-2-1 Headers - 1 5/8" pipes
8lb flywheel
ACT stage 2 clutch
lightweight 17" wheels (11lbs each)
Straight pipe
v-tec set at 4,500rpm
tuned ecu (for optimum air/fuel ratios)

what do you think that would run?

I'd have to say somewhere around 15 flat, maybe 14.7's. If you guys have the capabilities, have it dynoed. I'd be curious to see what all that does for a GSR at the wheels.

my fastest time at the track was a 14.6 wit Ebay CAI, JDM ITR 4-1 header, 2.5 CUSTOM exhaust, crappy pressure plate wit a CM aluminum flywheel and no PS...my vtec kicks in 4500 stock...dis is in a 94 GSR 80xxx

The 2 most important things are tires and driving...i used falken azenis which gave me a 2.2 60ft...which isnt bad..but wit 17s im goin to assume its goin to be bad...

Sorry but type r dont make 4-2-1s

Im goin to say hes goin to run around a low 15 or maybe a 14.9 depending on the engine and his driving....dis is due to the obd II, not sure if u meant 4-1, but 4-2-1 arent any better, and 17 inch rims is goin to hurt him bad!

17s only slow you down if they are shitty ricey 17s and weigh a lot... liteweight 17s will be faster than lets say 15" blades off a 97 integra which weigh almost 30 lbs each.. why do you think porches and ferarris and all those top end imports come with 17s-18s and are really fast? they are made out of quality liteweight materials. and the header is 4-2-1, i looked at it...

4-1 header is for torque purely
4-2-1 is for torque and top-end horsepower, so depending on what you need the 4-2-1 is better

porshce and ferrari's have them because they have bigger brakes so a 15ich of course would not fit...and bigger is better for the turning not drag..btw my gsrs are 16lbs..also he wasted a whole bunch of money because the itr 4-2-1 is bout the same as the gsrs..so ur not goin to see any gains...

4-1 is top end
4-2-1 is mid range

GranSeries-R is right...

4-1 top end
4-2-1 mid range

1st off, obdII isn't going to make .3 of a second comparison. its MAYBE a hundreth of a second.

2nd, jus cuz u run something w/ a certain set-up, doesn't mean the next will. too many variables...elevation, track condition, temperature, condition of motor...most importantly, driver.

its too vague to even give an accurate rating.

i know that u can run anywhere from 14s to 19s, but i was just giving him a figure of the cars complete potential wit that setup..im saying low 15s and maybe a chance of a high 14....at normal conditions..

ok ok...jus didn't want him to expect to hit 14's if he's running at a mile above sea level or something
