Angry Headlights Burning out???

Ok i have a 96 Accord LX and i swear to god i have the worst luck with headlights ever!!! Every time i buy a set of headlights my left one burns out within 2 weeks. There not no name brands either ive had 3 sets of Nokya's, and 1 set of Kobas, i just recently purchesed a new set of Hiper Industries. All of my friends that use these lights in thier accords and civics have not had problems like me(theres last at least 3 months)...and by the way no set of headlights ive used have lasted more than 2 months max, but usually 2-3 weeks...so if anyone knows why this happens please tell me cause im sick of buying new headlights. P.S. its always my left one from the front that burns out too.

When you put them in, do you touch the bulb? The oil from your finger can get onto the thin glass, and when the bulb heats up, the oil retains heat, eventually bursting the bulb. Other than that, it would have to be electrical.

it coule be bad wiring too. i had the same problem before. the positive wire was stripped a little and a moving car would cause it to randomly ground itself... and in the process blow the bulb.
