Question For 4 Door's

Hi,

I was wondering if any of you guys with 4 doors could tell me a few races that u have had and won or came close to winning.
Or if any of you without 4 doors have ever seen a really fast one.

Thanks

I know that melt or someone posted a picture of a 4dr, looked stock just like mine different color, same muffler and everything, but under the hood i think there was a DohcVtech with ZEX nitrous system, and a few other goodies.

Go here:
4g4d.hopto.org
then click on the car of the Month link
check out the cars there. There are cars with stock motors that are really hooked up and there are also ones with B16A's and B18C's that would probably take out GSR's and any other honda rollin' around on the streets without SERIOUS work done to it. Put those motors in our puny Honda's and you whoop up on every honda and integra around! Except for maybe a Type-R or NSX's n crazy shit like that.

Redline_civic91 has a CRVtec in his sedan..so they can be as fast as any hatchie

Actually, the DX sedan is lighter than the Si hatchie and the LX is only 30 lbs. heavier, so actually, all said and done, they can be faster

And I don't race, cuz I usually I have my daughter in the back seat, and/or the wife in the front seat...but that doesn't mean I can't be an enthusiast that likes to do what I can to make my car fun to drive

However, a buddy from work and I have run once or twice foolin' around('92 Accord) and he usually pulls on me after 2nd gear

DOHC ZC, I,H,E, urethane bushings and mount inserts, rock chipped hood, some rust, stock steelies, nice comfy Integra seats, and the A/C works! What else could you want from an 18 year old car with 241,000 miles? Working on getting the Si tranny in now

Beaten:
V6 Auto Mustang (this was close, only won by about 1/4 car legenth)
99 Camry LE (she shoulda won, dunno whats up with this one)
97 Corolla Base Model Auto
85 Accord LXI (I didnt start this one)

Lost:
03 Corolla LE
88 CRX DX with MPFI
02 RSX type S
02 Sentra SER Spec V

I raced both the RSX and the sentra in the rain and pulled on em for a bit till they caught traction.

Anyways, there it is ... pretty weak ... havent really done much racing and a lot of the races have just been between friends and shit ... the DX / LX even with a swap is slow as hell unless you convert it over to MPFI.

uh, my car is slow as fuck. 120lbs of dynamat, full interior, my fat ass, amp + sub, i'd be lucky to run a 17 in the quarter. But it gets hella gas mileage!

it's HEAVY. dynamat extreme anyway, it's basically tar and aluminum foil sandwiched together. pick up a dynamat bulk pack some time, then add up a couple of em. it doesn't seem like much when you're just holding one piece to put it on, but if you add up the wieght of a whole car's worth of dynamat, it gets pretty heavy. oh yeah, haven't updated the sig yet, but i have it over my whole car now. roof, firewall, floor... basically all the metal i can get to on the interior.
