Another Started: 240z - From Paper to Plastic

Well, I saw this kit in Walmart after seeing a real one in an old magazine of mine. It deffinately needed to be done. The model will replicate the Datsun in the magazine. The rims ill be using are Stich Mesh III's thanks to toinoseven. So far Ive made the front bumper from styrene. I still need to make finish the side of the bumper, with some more styrene like the one is in the magazine. Enjoy.

Kaneko's cars are so ultra-sweet. Your Z looks to be coming along beautifully and you should keep it that way. Good choice of project.

....and I hope you plan to do his 13B Rotary powered 510 soon.

That Toyota has "Cpmpetition Orange" Pactra R/C paint formulated for Lexan R/C car bodies; I used Plasti-Kote #T-235 Automotive primer from Pep Boys. Testors makes the same color in an enamel; Pactra and Testors are withinthe same company of ownership.
