Back From Senior Week, Here's My Car, Do You Love it or Do You Love it?

Ok, maybe its not super spectacular, and everyone was right about the gap, but i didnt have time to get it fixed, but ill get everything done again later on in the year, this is all temporary. I was happy with the paint and all, you pearl makes the white sparkly and colorful, you just cant tell from the pics. Well here you go:

Here's my system, not finished yet, but gettin there. Still needs plexiglass on the 81000d and the cap, and neons need to be put in, and the other 12" perfect still needs its sub box made so it can be put in, but here it is thusfar.

There you go, thats my car right now. Next up....engine swap, im gonna get a price from a guy in a few days and hopefully ill have a new engine in a couple months, just not sure which one yet. Tell me wat you think about my baby.

PS My uncle only charged my $1k for everything, includin paint, new radiator, new hood, and labor, so I cant complain too much.

Looking good. I dunno about the hole in the sideskirt though...looks like too much is going on, on the side.

I think the car looks great. But im kinda w/ 88civic_dx , i think it woulda looked alot cleaner if the doors were shaved and all smooth b4 the sideskirts went on. wouldnt be "too much going on" or how ever you want to describe it. But i like it. keep the mods up and posting

Looks alright. Id switch the side skirts for wings west, the front fenders for OEM, and taillights to JDM or something. Other than that it looks pretty good. I like that front bumper. If you were to leave the side skirts, I would shave the side moulding, and mould the kit into the car. There are too many lines and it seems too busy.

So some mixed opinions here. I thought the exact same thing when i first saw it, that theres a lot of lines on the sides, but i like having the cuz it helps take focus off all the little inperfection that are on my car. I luv the fenders, just because noone has em, so i defintiley wont get rid of them. I was gonna get the shogun sides originally but i see them and wings west all the time, so i kept it different. All i have that is common now is spoiler and rear, which isn't too bad. Once i get it redone, ill probly get rid of the moldings, and get the sides modled in, and do something with the fake hole, then it might look better, or who knows, maybe new sides will be out by then and ill just get them. Im glad noone has a problem with the system, i really like it and hopefully it'll be finished up in a month, then ill be bumpin'.

I actually like the way your car looks, I think that the lines of the body kit kinda give it more to look at, and the color is just awesome. I wonder what a light silver color with some flake in it would look like.

I like the molding on the car, and the fact that nothing is shaved in. It gives it a sort of old school look... almost transformer ish hehe
