turbo
if ive got a 95 civic ex with exaust 2.5" catback 4-2-1 header and a cai and i run a turbo kit with 15psi what would i hit im hopeing 300+ hp and torque, and mabye with new cam gears and cam shafts

um, your expectations are a little high. standard turbo kits provide anywhere from a 40% to 70% increase in horsepower, and on a stock 5th EX that will put you between 150 (worst case scenario if your motor is just crap) and 210 or so if you know how to tune it.

Yea, 300hp is a little out of reach for a stock motor with just a turbo slapped on it. Also, if you have a turbo, you dont use a header, you use a turbo manifold, dont mean to flame or anything but its a world of difference.

yeah..the header will come off with the turbo...and your motor will not last very long if you run 15psi of boost without some SERIOUS internal upgrades....
