Question headers and exhaust

Is it true that when u install a new exhaust and headers that you will either run very lean or very rich on fuel? Any info would be great

i think ur ecu will adjust for the changes...
if its just I/H/E, a stock ecu will be fine...
add cams/turbo...blah blah., and you will want to tune it!!
