Great job so far.

I did this same conversion a while back, using these same kits. Be prepared to adjust your wheel base if you didn't compensate with the body cut. I had to shorten one front end and lengthen the other for the rear wheels to sit properly in their holes.

Have you looked at what you are going to do about the differences in the chassis yet? if not, I suggest swapping the rear body mount sections as you'll have plenty of stuff to cover the seam so it doesn't have to be flawless to look like it is.
