Replacing Mass air flow sensor

I need a new MAF for my 2000 GT, I am well aware that the Cardone remans are poor but what about a Duralast one? Its 30 buck more at 160 bucks. Anyone buy one of these?

Why not save yourself $100 and go junkyard searching?
