2004 Tohoe daylight running lights
The bulbs on my 2004 Tohoe keep burning out. Sockets look burnt. I replace the bulbs about every 90 days. I need help!!!

use some silicone grease on the bulb contact pins. make sure the socket conections are clean. if the socket is damaged from heat go to a scrap yard for replacements. then use the silicone grease on the contact pins to prevent future socket issues. |

i replaced mine several times as well and got fed up. i ended up getting the led equivelent bulbs and havent had to replace since. im going on 8 years or so with them. im not sure what makes them burn out but i had the same issue with the fog lights on my '00. maybe it was heat, moisture, or maybe vibration, but they all kept burning out regularly. when i installed the led bulbs i did apply some elect grease in the sockets and i havent replaced a bulb since.
