I have a 98 bravada that is leaking oil from drivers side of engine just above ujoints on front driveshaft... pours out on start then stops... does again on stop.. cannot figure out what is there to cause. cant find anything in chiltons to show it.

Is this coming from the oil cooling lines that go to the radiator?

Ya won't find anything, that you can trust, in a Chiltons manual
I agree with Tech II, probably the oil lines or the gaskets between the adapter and the block.http://shop.advanceautoparts.com/web...RPGASKAMS_____
