96 XJ swapping driver/passenger seats

Does anybody know if you can swap out the drivers seat for the passenger seat the drivers seat in my xj is really worn down on 1 side and was hoping that i could just change out the seats, i may need to change the hardware as well but was wondering if anybody has tried it
