Red face jimmy vcm location needed

Hi everyone my moms 95 jimmy has had everything replaced by her part changers. I had my buddy come over and we concluded that its the vcm only problem is that i cant find it ...its not behind the glove box or in the psngr side fender above cooling res,can anyone please hep me with locating this. mom has a new exhaust system, new rebuilt motor all sencors replaced .The car starts but when i press the gas it bogs down and stalls i get no rise in rpms except when i flutter the throttle and then its limited

If it is not behind the glove box the it will be on right front fender apron under water over flow tank.

But many thing can be the cause your problem.
Just throwng parts at it can get expensive and still not fix it.

Remeber proper testing is no 1 thing to do first.

Have you checked for a exhaust restriction like a pluged cat?
Fuel pressure?
