There's a guy that lives across the street from me in an apartment building who has a 1995-ish pickup. I don't know who he is or know exactly where he lives, but when it gets really cold outside his horn randomly sticks and will just go on for hours. Of course he doesn't hear it in his building and it just leaves the neighborhood to go insane from the buzzing.
This happens several times a week lately.
So, before I put a few .45 ACP rounds through his battery, I'd like to leave a note on his car as to where the fuse is to disconnect the horn in case he doesn't have the owners manual.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
