Arrow Another S.A.S. Nismo R-34 progress thread

Hi all. After seeing Steve's masterpiece, I decided to pull mine back out and get on with it (thanks Steve!). So far it has been painted in an automotive color that somewhat resembles a light pewter. It's a Chevrolet color usually found on Cavaliers and Malibus. I'm too lazy to do an engine modification on this one. The seats will be taken from an AMT FnF Supra and seatbelts possibly added. The wheels are going to be Volk Racing TE-37s painted in a dark bronze color along with matching carbon fiber hood and wing. Decals from Lau Bak will be used. Metal winglets may be added as shown in the pictures below. I used Fujimi Volk wheels that I have changed to the appropriate configuration for use with Tamiya models (PITA!!!). I'll shut up and let the progress pictures speak for themselves. Thank you.

can never have too many Skylines is what i say, i love the color and the fact that the wheel match with the decals

and no wonder why you have so many wheel sets, you buy in bulk

Lightbulb

Hi. Rims are Fujimi; paint is Plasti-Kote; carbon-fiber is Scale Motorsport. The rims are 18" and don't look bad at all.
