Question 2002 f150 cranks does not fire

My f150 has about 200,000 mi. Went to church Sunday fine , got in to go home the anti theft light was flashing and the odometer showed ---------. It cranked over fine (fast) but wouldn't fire. Tried locking and unlocking and the other key set, still nothing. The next day my wife went by and tried it and it fired right up so I went with her the following day and it started fine again, she drove it to work and when she went to go home would'nt start again. the next day I tried to start it again and it wouldn't start. It seems to be a problem with the anti-theft system, can this be bypassed?
