2009-2010 Civic vs 2009 Lancer

Hello. I've narrowed my search down to these two cars. Can someone please help me decide? I'm a student and I need a reliable car that won't break down or require too much maintenance, but I would still like a car that is nice and fun to drive.
Between the Civic and the Lancer, which would you choose? I have a $14,000-$15,000 budget.

According to me, civic will be a better choice as it does not only provide a better looks, but is far ahead of the other cars in performance as well. And along with that, it will surely suit your spending budget. If I were you, I would have surely gone with civic only. You are definitely going to get the full worth of your money with this car.
