305 to 350

purchased wife a 91 camero rs. The 305 is shot. I want to put a 350 4barrel eldibrock i have in. We don't require emissions and all the computer stuff is over rated. My question is the 350 carb engine should fit in good without much if any modification?

You will have computer and wire harness problems...... as for engine tranny hookup problems, I don't know.....
