Exclamation 2001 town and country left turn signal electrical issue

I just bought a 2001 town and country. Anytime i turn my left turn signal on it blips my radio and heat out. ( the lights on the radio blink and the lights for heat stay on but the blower stops) as soon as the light turns off everything works properly. The bcm was changed recently. When we turn the key to the on position and turn the blinker on everything is fine. Start the car turn on the blinker it blips it out. This only happens with the left not the right. Lights on the outside work when blinker is on also. The fuse box sounds like its grinding or skipping a beat when signal is on also. Can someone help me figure out whats going on? Has this happened to anyone?
