Main Relay ??
1993 Civic, getting no fuel, I removed the fuel line to filter, put main relay in tried to start but still no fuel then heard a click down by the relay and fuel started running. Put everything back drove car a few miles and it died, started again and made it home. Any idea whats up with this. This is my grandsons car.

Re: Main Relay ??
Probably needs a new main relay. The solder on them are known to break down/crack after a while, from going from cold weather to hot & hot to cold. Rather than getting a new one, you could try and re-solder the connections on it. Or try to get one from a junkyard, on a car that was in an accident.
Here's a site about re-soldering, as well as testing the main relay (at the bottom): http://techauto.tripod.com/mainrelay.htm |

Re: Main Relay ??
The relay I put in was a new one. A guy I work with said he had a 92 Civic that did the same thing, his mechanic said there known for wires rubbing inside rear passenger door panel, that fixed his. Going to look today
