ignition referanc singal car run stalls restarts

im working on a 95 dohc run scan i get po401 egr code and a mill 011 ignition ref signal car runs live data shows 4 to 5 deg flux in timeing car stalls hot and cold and restarts could not fine valve to run fuel pressure check i suspect cam or crank sensor any imput help full

bufflo, do you think that fluctuation in timing is enough to make it stall? I have seen problems with the egr cause these cars to stall. Any other symptoms? Has the car been maintained well? I wonder about the fuel pressure though.
