94 running rough

I have been having issues with my truck ever since it ate a mouse nest. I had my truck parked for a week and a mouse had chewed through the air filter. Well when i went to start it it sucked some of the nest into the air intake. So i cleaned everything out. That didnt help. so i took some other measures figuring it could be fuel issues. I got new injectors in and still the same problem. Well long story short i replaced the fuel injectors, fuel rail, fuel pressure regulator, plug wires, brand new battery and still the same problem. I started pulling plug wires and found out its the number one cylinder having issues. Its missing on that cylinder. I pulled the spark plug and have a really bright spark on the number one cylinder. I just dont have anymore ideas please help! I believe its running to rich on that cylinder or for some reason its not firing that cylinder.
