1996 mecury sable

My sable's transmistion keeps pulling sometimes...i heard lucas tramistion fix liquid fixes this so i am going to use that...but i also wanted to know which tranmission fluid had the most micron moly....i have royal purple atf but i want to get the royal purple max atf for better trnsmition protection and longer life...but it says there not recomended for cars Ford Type F and MERCON® SP & LV...and i think my sable is one of the ones above?...should i still use it with the tranmition fix?...
