White F1! That's looks pretty good. Not so often seen color. I like!

Probably - I'd expect it is about time for their Grand Opening party.

Another shot of #031 - my comment - "The wrong car is in focus."

Re: Recap of the North American F1 fleet

Yes - I believe it was there since new in the collection of Yoshikuni Okamoto.

He has an amazing Ferrari collection and some other nice stuff as well. My favorite car in his garage now would be the Ferrari F50 GT #002.

Re: Recap of the North American F1 fleet

From today:

Hard to be certain, but it looks like that red thing near the chassis plate could be a small 'McLaren' badge or decal?

Here's a couple of photos from the party on Saturday night:

Hoping for better pics from Dan C tomorrow if the car remains there another day.

Re: Chassis #031 displayed at McLaren Chicago

Figured this was worthy of its own thread in case anyone is confused.

Another picture from Andrew:

I checked into a last minute round-trip ticket to Chicago and it was about $1,000.

Re: Chassis #031 displayed at McLaren Chicago

Just drive down 66, epic roadtrip for an epic car? Obviously it's as simple as that

Am I right in saying the owner of #031 owns McLaren Chicago?

Re: Chassis #031 displayed at McLaren Chicago

No - that would be pretty interesting given Rick Mancuso's long history with Ferrari in the USA, but it isn't the case.

It's also why there's no telling how long until the car leaves. From a comment on their FB page even they weren't quite sure how long it would be around.
