99 sc2 p0410 wont go away and poor acceleration

my moms 99 sc2 keeps throwing the old 410 secondary air injection system code, old pump worked fine. so far replaced the pump the check valve and vaccum lines and upstream o2 sensor. air pump turns on when first started as should, many miles later shows a pending 410 then shortly sets. im going crazy with this thing it also has terrible acceleration. no matter how fast your going or where the throttle is if you let off and push on pedal again it bucks hard. if at an idle and slowly give gas it stalls. egr is clean clear and working new plugs and wires ect any help would be great. also has fuel pressure within range when running and converter is not plugged, no bad fuel have run injector cleaner in it anyway and used live data on scanner and the tps seems to be working fine when the buck occers. any help would be great thanks alot also air cleaner is good
