09 Ram Electrical Issues

I have a 09 Ram 1500 with a Hemi. I washed my truck today using a touch less car wash after I pulled out of the car wash I shut it off to vacuum the floors. When I restarted my truck the track off light, air bag light, and the ESP/BAS light came on. Also the power locks and horn do not work with or without the remote. I checked all the fuses that I could visually they seemed fine. It seems to me that it's a blown fuse but I don't know which one might power all those and I don’t have a meter to check them. My bet is its one of the main fuses but the owner’s manual does not give you much info. Thanks for your help in advance.

Buff, have you fixed it yet, could be a computer issue. I'm not too familiar with vehicles that new.
