New and ? about buick

Was searching for some answers and found this forum and thought it was cool to have so much to offer on one site.. I have a few questions that i still havent gotten answered though and maybe some can help me.

Its on a 1993 Buick Regal Custom 3.8

The previous owner tried to install a cd player and didnt buy the kit but tried to hard wire it in.. Im pretty sure they fried a relay somewhere because the radio, dash lights do not work at all. They all worked before this. I dont know what the relay is called or where to find it though.. Any help is appreciated though.

More than likely a blown fuse, rater than a relay. Check fuses.

I checked already. There was a larger fuse then what should have been in there which also leads me to think blown relay.
