Talking New Q about rear brakes and ABS

I have ABS and just replaced the rear brakes, Drums, everything, is there anything I need to do for the ABS?

Check your brake fluid level.

The ABS system works by preventing the driver from locking a wheel up in a panic stop. When the car is in motion, wheel sensors detects a non turning wheel (skidding) and redirects brake fluid to another wheel and/or the stops braking force going to the skidding wheel. It's a fluid control thing.

I understand how ABS works.. What I was asking is Now that I replace the rear brakes, is there anything special I have to do for the ABS system?

Unless you are having a specific problem or you have an abs light on then there shouldn't be anything you have to worry about .
