97 bravada problem

its been sitting for a while i filled it up with gas and a new battery and it will not start. its gettin plenty of fuel to the scheder valve. but wont run unless i put some gas in the tb. u can hear the fuel pump work as it should but soon as the gas u put in it burns out it dies and just turns over. im at wits end with it. any help is greatly apreciated

Just because you're "gettin' plenty of fuel", does not mean you have enough fuel pressure. Need to verify fuel pressure, should be 60-66psi.

i checked it today pump was bad i replaced it and sold it all in the same day lol. thanks for the advice
