Battery keeps needing replacement
Hello,
The batteries that I put in my '95 have run a short lifespan for years. Typically 1-2 years or less, sometimes months. I am positive that I don't have an issue with draining or with undercharging. What could be causing this? Any chance it's the alternator putting out too much juice (which hasn't been replaced in a long time, and provides plenty of voltage)? Thanks! |

Re: Battery keeps needing replacement
Check the charging rate amps and volts with and without a load.

Re: Battery keeps needing replacement
Other than you neeed a way to test the amps and volts with the proper gages, it is straight forward.
