electrical problem

have a 2000 silverado.with switch on have no power to fuel pump or headlights.if you hold switch in certian spot have power to both.but when turn to start power is gone to both.changed switch same problem.any suggestions would be apperciated.

Check the switch plugin and wiring.

I remember a member that had ignition switch to lock cylinder ROD issues.

has anyone worked the steering column ? perhaps aftermarket thieft/alarm installed ?
