acceleration problem

I'm having trouble with the acceleration on my 98 k1500 I will be driveing down the highway and the truck will stop accelerating it stays running but I have nothing at the gas petal. I pull over turn the truck off restart and everything is fine. then it runs fine but will do it again I can go 10 miles or 50 miles

whe it acts up have the DTC codes pulled. do not shut the engine off until DTC codes are checked..
