02 Bypass Pulley

I have a 02 Wrangler X 4.0, my ac compressor seized so i bought a bypass pulley. i removed the compressor but for the life of me see how this bracket bolts to the block, has anyone installed one of these, maybe somebody can give me some advise.

The instructions says it bolts to the same holes you removed to pull the compressor.
