2005 corolla trunk lock
I have a strange situation. Two days ago, I closed my trunk and when I tried a few minutes later to open it again with the key, it would not turn or unlock at all. I've used this key hundreds of times in this lock (I'm an industrial products salesman, and I keep my samples in the trunk). The cable pull release from inside the car still worked fine so I used it for a couple of hours. Probably 15 to 20 cycles of the trunk opening.
Then the key started working again.
Any ideas?
